- August 25, 2025: The Club and Hanhai International participated in a business meeting on "Joining hands with the Zhengzhou Market Development Center to seek a new chapter for enterprises in the Central Plains to go to sea", and formally established a strategic partnership.
- September 3, 2025: And Zheng led Meng Jingwen, President of the Club Business Alliance, and Li Yu, President of the Investment and Financing Alliance, to visit the Zhangqianhou Selection Center in cooperation with Hanhai International to deepen cross-border cooperation in going to the sea and discuss the operation mode of the "Central Plains Enterprises Going to the Sea Alliance".
- December 2025: Hanhai International and Zhongyuan Entrepreneur Magazine (the club's strategic media partner) reached an enterprise-media fusion cooperation to jointly promote a cross-border overseas foreign trade action plan with "compliance as a prerequisite, branding as the core, and data and localization as the two wings".

- July 19, 2025: As one of the core initiators, Media Business Enterprise Alliance participated in the establishment of “Central Plains Enterprises Going to Sea Service Alliance”, Hanhai International became the first batch of core service providers, and the two sides formally established a strategic cooperative relationship.
- August 25, 2025: Hanhai International Chairman Gui Shuyong shared the concept of overseas service with representatives of the Media Business Enterprise Alliance at the symposium on “Joining hands with the Zhengzhou Market Development Center to seek a new chapter for enterprises of the Central Plains to go to sea”, and the two sides of the government and the enterprise reached the intention of cooperation in support of the whole chain to go to sea.
- September 3, 2025: Mr. Andersen, Chairman of Media Business Enterprises Alliance, led a team to visit the Zhangqian Hou Selection Center of Hanhai International Cooperation to deepen cross-border overseas cooperation, explore the operation mode of “Central Plains Enterprises Going Overseas Alliance”, and establish the “one-issue-one-negotiation” project-based cooperation mechanism.
- November 2025: MBSE establishes the “Overseas Alliance Department”, which is specifically responsible for coordinating the resources of Hanhai International and other service providers, and providing accurate overseas services for member enterprises.
- December 2025: Hanhai International and Zhongyuan Entrepreneur Magazine (strategic cooperative media of the Media Business Enterprise Alliance) reach enterprise-media fusion cooperation to jointly promote the cross-border overseas foreign trade action plan of “compliance as a prerequisite, brand as the core, and data and localization as the two wings”.
